Note: Early set-up is possible and can be booked via the personal exhibitor area in the online ExhibitorShop.
Dismantling

Access to loading yards from 19:00 - Friday, 10 October 2025: 07:00 - 19:00
- Saturday, 11 October 2025: 07:00 - 19:00
On the last day of the exhibition, vehicles cannot enter the loading yards from 13:00 until approx. 2 hours after the end of the exhibition due to the delivery of empties by the exhibition forwarding agents.
IMPORTANT: Please book time slots for loading and unloading your vehicles via the digital trade fair logistics system TransItFair.
The organizer will be entitled to use for another purpose any exhibition areas on which assembly has not yet begun by 3:00 p.m. of the last assembly day, Monday, 6 October 2025. In this case, the organizer will have the right to charge the resulting costs to the exhibitor.
Access to the halls during assembly and dismantling times is only permittedondisplay of special passes, which are not valid during the exhibition.
Important notice: Please note that smoking is generally prohibited in the entire exhibition halls. Smoking is only permitted in specially marked areas.

Visa application for exhibitors
Since July 2013, it has generally been possible to dispense with an invitation letter from the exhibition company in the event of an application for a visa for the purpose of participation in an exhibition. If you have further questions relating to your participation in the exhibition, theinternational representatives of NürnbergMesse in your country are at your disposal.
Exhibitors of it-sa Expo&Congress, who still require an invitation letter for their visa application, can fill in our form. The application form will be available in good time before it-sa Expo&Congress.

The Service Point (between Halls 5/6, upper floor) is your central point of contact for all services on the exhibition grounds during set-up, dismantling and the entire duration of the trade fair. You can reach the Service Point during normal business hours.
You can reach the Service Buddies at the Service Point or directly in the halls.
Save time at the venue by ordering all your badges for the trade fair in advance.

NEW in 2025: Your trade fair ticket includes an additional KombiTicket for public transportation, valid in the fare zone of Nürnberg-Fürth-Stein-Oberasbach-Zirndorf (zones 100/200) for travel to and from the event on the day of the event until the end of service.
