  • How can I make appointments with other members?

    • Making an appointment with another user requires registration.
    • If you want to make an appointment with another person, go to that person's profile and click the Make appointment button at the top left.
    • Free appointment slots of the respective person are suggested to you, which are available in the desired period with the desired duration.
    • Select an appointment proposal and click on Make appointment.
    • When requesting an appointment, please specify what you would like to talk about with the other person. 

  • How can I write a message to other members?

    • The "Write message" function requires both persons (sender, recipient) to be registered on the platform.
    • To send a personal message, you can find the person you want to write to via the "Community" area when logged in.
    • Go to the respective person's profile and click on the "Write message" button at the top left. You can now type in the message and send it.
    • The messages can be sent with or without a subject (1000 characters, plain text).
