WiFi throughout the site
As a visitor of it-sa, you are online free of charge throughout the exhibition venue.
Lockers and cloakrooms
You can find lockers in the entrance areas – you can leave coats, jackets or items of luggage in the cloakrooms for a fee of EUR 2 a piece.
Restaurants and cafés
The following restaurants are open for it-sa: Behaims, Süd, Süd-Ost, Nord. The "Lavazza Bar" is located in the passageway between halls 5 and 6, the restaurant "Vasco da Gama" in NCC Ost, level 1. You can find kiosks, snack bars and the "Mediterrano" restaurant in the passageway between halls 3 and 4A. Additionally, the café below the Brüssel room in NCC Mitte is open.
As well as restaurants and cafés, the site plan shows all the car parks, entrances and exits, and toilets.
Wash rooms and WCs
You can find wash rooms and WCs near the Mitte, West and Ost entrances, in all the service areas between the halls and in NCC Ost. Disinfectant dispensers are provided in sufficient quantities.
You can withdraw money in the entrance areas of NCC Ost.
Possibilities for contactless payment are focussed in all areas.
You have lost something? Please contact our colleagues from the Facility Service – you can find them in the entrance area of Service Center Mitte and NCC Ost.
In emergencies, first aid is provided in the Operation Center, in NCC Ost and NCC West.
Due to the current situation, specially trained medical assistants are of course also available.

For safety reasons, pets are unfortunately not permitted at the exhibition venue. Guide dogs may, of course, be brought.
Barrier-free exhibition center
Our entire fairground is accessible. Facilities at higher levels can be easily reached via our lifts.
