Forensics and monitoring play an important role in the analysis of cyberattacks as well as the detection of new, unknown weaknesses. These require the processing of large amounts of data and that data visualized in the best way possible. This is where visual analytics methods have proven themselves: They combine automatic data analysis algorithms with new visualization methods, allowing experts to interact with these volumes of data.
