The IT Security Expo creates links

Speaking opportunities

For main exhibitors* in the it-sa, one 15 minute presentation slot is included in the all-inclusive package price. This means you have the opportunity to give a presentation at one of the two IT SecurityArea forums at no extra cost.

Subject to availability, additional slots can be booked at a price of € 590 per 15 minutes. For each additional slot paid for you will receive a credit of €100 if we receive your PowerPoint files no later than 5 October 2009 and no changes are made to them subsequent to that date.

Forums

This year the forum programmes will once again be aimed at two major target groups, as explained below.

Red Forum (Management)

Ideas, basic information and assistance for business decision-makers: business decision-makers (e.g. CEOs, CFOs) will obtain information here on why they should be investing in information security and how best to do it.

• Every day at 12pm and 5pm there will be a “High Noon” – session with live demos and round-table discussions.

Blue Forum (Technology)

Know-how and new development trends for IT experts: at this forum the technology experts (e.g. CIOs, IT security managers, computer centre managers, network administrators) will expect appropriate technical information.

• Every day at 9:15am, prior to the start of the presentation programme: “Morning Star” with live hacking

Times will be assigned by the organiser. As far as possible, account will be taken of preferences as to times.

Videos and handouts

All presentations will be recorded on video and will be made available free of charge as stream together with your handout file for one year on our website, from where they can be retrieved. This will be a useful source of contacts even after the trade fair has finished.

*For exhibitors we offer booking slots (590,00 € / 15 minutes)
