All-inclusive package
The all-inclusive package covers all aspects of attending the it-sa
The basic price for a basic module of 12mē, for example, is EURO 7,050.00 (for prices of alternative stand units, see below) plus a EURO 360 registration fee for each main exhibitor and EURO 980 for each co-exhibitor. These registration fees are irrespective of stand size.
Specifically, the following items are included in the all-inclusive package:

Hire of the stand space including AUMA subscription and contribution towards the cost of publicising the fair

Erection of stand with standard equipment

Cleaning, security, waste disposal for your stand

Entry in the alphabetical directory of the official fair catalogue

A number of marketing services (publication of a company profile in the "Security Guide" with additional dissemination in the <kes> specialist magazine), support with advertising efforts for the it-sa through flyers, advertising of the it-sa, inclusion in the "Who-what-where at it-sa?" reference publication and inclusion in the "PressGuide" booklet. Professional press and public relations work for the it-sa.

Use of the forum for a presentation or a product presentation is included in the price (one 15-minute presentation including posting on the Internet). Further presentations are possible for a separate fee, subject to available timeslots.

On-site service and support from the organiser and <kes> editorial office.

Use of the VIP lounge, drinks delivered to the stand by the it-sa hostesses. Standard provision of drinks and meals is included in the price. Extras are provided at cost. Due to wide differences in requirements, telecommunications and power connections plus the related fees or consumption are not included
